Shipping Information
At VertiClear™, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders, no matter where you are. We know how important fast, reliable delivery is — and we’re committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 0-2 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Mountain Time. Orders placed after the cutoff may begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Shipping Times by Region
Shipping time refers to transit time after dispatch, which depends on your location. Estimated delivery times:
United States: 7-12 business days total estimated delivery time
Canada: 8–12 business days total estimated delivery time
Australia: 7-12 business days total estimated delivery time
United Kingdom: 6-10 business days total estimated delivery time
Rest of World: 10–20 business days total estimated delivery time
These estimates include both order processing time and transit time. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside our control.
Order Accuracy & Address Changes
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, please email us at support@shopverticlear.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to make changes, but cannot guarantee edits once processing begins.
In cases where our system detects an incomplete or problematic address, we’ll contact you via email within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel and refund the order.
Delayed Deliveries
While we process and ship orders promptly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Carrier disruptions or backlogs
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Address verification requirements
Our Commitment to You:
If your tracking information shows no movement or updates for 10 business days (2 weeks), we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
We'll proactively monitor your shipment and reach out if we notice any significant delays. You can also contact our support team anytime for assistance with tracking or delivery concerns.
Please note: While we'll always work to resolve shipping issues, VertiClear™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost or stolen after it’s been marked “delivered,” we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also email us at support@shopverticlear.com, and we’ll assist however we can.
While VertiClear™ is not liable for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery, we will do our best to support you through the claim process. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation and courier outcome.
