Cancellation Policy

One-time orders: Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may have already begun processing and we may not be able to modify or cancel it. If you cancel within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Subscription orders: You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty or commitment. To cancel, log in to your Customer Portal, call us at (970) 714-2419, or email support@shopverticlear.com. If you’ve already been billed for the current cycle, you’ll still receive that shipment—you simply won’t be charged again. See our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for full details.

Damaged Items

We package every order with care. If your item arrives damaged or defective (not just the packaging), please contact us at support@shopverticlear.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If eligible, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or issues with packaging alone.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your order promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.
If your order is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
VertiClear™ is not liable for any lost or delayed packages once they leave our facility.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If the address is incorrect and you do not notify us within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or resend the item.


2-Week Trial Period
